Please Note: Mail Ins are only Accepted from U.S.A & Canada. You are liable to pay all shipping charges.

All Payment is completed through a PayPal checkout form (No account necessary).

Please be as descriptive as possible. Due to the high volume of emails, there may be a significant delay in response. If you do not receive a response and are adamant about getting your device repaired with us feel free to fill out the form again. Thank you for your understanding and patience :)

After your request is reviewed

Mail-In Instructions

Once your request has been reviewed, we will email you with the next steps. Please follow the instructions below before mailing your device.

Important: Please do not ship your device before receiving approval from Phone Repair Guru. Devices sent without approval may experience delays or may be returned.
Diagnostic Fee: A $47 CAD diagnostic fee applies to inspect mailed-in devices. This fee is waived if you approve the repair and have us continue with the service.

Wait for our approval email

We will review your form and email you with approval, pricing, and the mailing address.

Remove cases and accessories

Please send the device without cases or accessories unless we specifically ask for them. Chargers are optional.

Include a handwritten note

Please include a note inside the package with your full name, email address, device model, and a short description of the issue. This helps us identify your device and avoid mix-ups.

Pack the device carefully

Use plenty of padding or bubble wrap so the device is protected during shipping.

Email us after mailing

Once mailed, please send us an email titled “Mail-in complete” and include your tracking number.

Please note: Repairs will not begin until your device has been received, inspected, and the repair has been approved.
