This website is operated by Phone Repair Guru. This policy explains how Phone Repair Guru collects, uses and shares information through phonerepairguru.com, including our articles, videos, tool links and online repair enquiries. It does not cover the PRG mobile app, which has its own privacy policy, or independent websites linked from this site.

Information collected through the website

Information you provide. When you contact us or submit a repair enquiry, we receive the information you enter. This can include your name, email address, phone number, shipping details, device information, description of the problem and other information you choose to send. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information in a message or enquiry.

Our website and its service providers process information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, pages visited, referring pages, time of access and interactions with the site. Videos, spam protection and external links

YouTube. Our pages include YouTube videos.
